Post Event Sports
Massage
is designed to
relax and soothe over worked muscles after strenuous activities or
events.

Pre Event Massage
is a great way to warm up before workouts, practices &
competitive events. Massage stimulates blood & oxygen flow which
helps the body to be prepared for strenuous activities thus
diminishing the risk of injury. Pre Sports Massage generally
utilizes the Swedish modality with variations of movement &
techniques used to stimulate circulation of blood & lymph
flow in preparation of the strenuous activity.
Post Event Massage
calms &
relaxes muscles & body systems after strenuous activity, thus
allowing blood flow & breathing to aid the body to return to
normal functioning levels with less system stress. It diminishes the
risk of cramping after halting strenuous activity. Post Sports Massage
utilizes various Swedish movements & techniques used to calm
muscles while also releasing toxins from muscle tissues &
promoting blood & lymph flow to carry these toxins out of the
muscle tissue to specific organs of waste elimination.
How
it Works
Depending
on client preference & /or the specific muscle groups to be
addressed, client is either seated on the specialized massage chair,
in the anti-gravity reclining lounge chair or lays on the massage
table prior to event &/or following the event for appropriate
treatment.
